From I-75:

Take exit 72 for Crooks Road.
Head north on Crooks Road, then turn right onto Square Lake Road. Our clinic will be on your left in the shopping center.

From M-59 W:

Head west on M-59 W.
Take exit 48 for Dequindre Road.
Turn left onto Dequindre Road and travel for about 1 mile. Our clinic will be on your right.

You’ll find us in the Troy Square Lake shopping plaza, just north of 19 Mile Road and minutes from Kroger and down the street from Corewell Health’s Beaumont Troy Hospital. Free onsite parking is available in the main plaza lot, right outside our front door.
