How To Find Our West Warren Location

From I-696:

Follow I-696 E until you reach exit 20 for Dequindre Road.
Take the exit.
Merge onto Heights Dr/I- 696 Srv Road.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto Dequindre Road.
Drive for about a mile, then turn right at the MJR Universal Grand Cinema sign.
Take your first left, and our clinic will be on your right.

From M-53 (Van Dyke Freeway):

Drive south on M-53 until you reach 16 Mile Road.
Turn right onto 16 Mile Rd/Metro Pkwy.
Keep left to stay on 16 Mile Rd/Metro Pkwy, and pass by Flagstar Bank on your right.
Make a U-turn just after Mound Road, then turn right onto Mound Road.
Travel for about four miles, then turn right onto 12 Mile Road.
Turn left when you get to Dequindre Road.
Turn left at the MJR Universal Grand Cinema sign.
Take your first left, and our clinic will be on your right.
